What are your Open Bowl hours?

Open bowling hours vary daily but you can almost always find availability Monday - Friday 11:00am to 4:30pm, Saturdays 11:00am to close, and Sundays 1:00pm to close. Please call first at 847-546-2800 to confirm times.

Can we bring our own food or drinks in?

No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the building. However, cakes and cupcakes for scheduled birthday events are ok.

Do I have to wear bowling shoes?

Yes, you must wear bowling shoes. You can rent them for $3 per pair or visit Joe's Pro shop and pick up a pair for yourself.

Lakes Bowl, established by Louis Piagentini in 1968, was family owned and operated by Louis, his children, his grandchildren, extended family, and friends that became family, until it was eventually sold in 2023.

Over its 55 years Lakes has been expanded, remodeled, and re-arranged, but its mission never changed. To provide a place that everyone could enjoy. Generations of patrons have passed through it's doors that have laughed, celebrated, cried, created lasting friendships and core memories with the Lakes family.
